The room is nicely appointed with plenty of electric sockets (in sensible places like by the bed for charging phone overnight), nice selection of TV channels on the TV. "Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This is a very unique place to stay that oozes character. It is in a tiny community but has many options for entertainment at the hotel. The man who runs it is very responsive to needs. The place is decorated with a great sense of humor and an incredible movie theme. I used the location as a base to go in all four directions. It is do-it-yourself on meals but that suited me fine."

"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in. That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. We came back to him and he said that the hostel was full and that he couldn't do anything (??). We insisted already that this problem would...

"Room was very nice apart from safe and phone not working. They did not fix it during the 3 days stay. Breakfast is musch too expensive although nice products were served. Good quality food in the club house from a small menu. Restaurant was very nice and good but small menu. Prices are much higher than semilar places I styayed. (too high) The golf course is well designed and has potential to become good but needs serious maintenance! (not worth the greenfee as it is now!)"

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."
