É um Hotel econômico, sem luxo, nem sei porque a Hoteis.com classifica-o de 3 estrelas. Na hora de pintarem as portas pintaram as maçanetas da mesma cor (rsrs). Mas vale o que se paga, pois é a tarifa mais em conta que se encontra no centro de Belém pois fica próximo de tudo como Shpping's, Restaurantes, Docas, Theatro, Ag.Bancária,etc, e no Domingo tem a feira da Pça da República, enfim, excelente localização mas por ficar no Centro Comercial da Cidade, á noite fica ermo(sendo melhor não sair a pé); excelente sinal de wi fi; o café é simples; o banheiro não tem chuveiro quente, mas como já disse, o perfil do Hotel é econômico.O serviço de quarto ruim, a pessoa que entrou não varreu, pois deixei dois parafusos caírem no chão e quando voltei da rua ainda estavam lá (rsrs), mas o quarto é espaçoso, pois tem uma peq. cozinha, uma grande ante sala, um quarto e o banheiro mas não tem tomadas tripolar. Apesar dos pesares, voltaria com certeza neste Hotel pelos funcionários que foram de uma presteza incrível. Destaque para o recepcionista Rildo e para o garçom do café. Não tive problemas com check-in e nem com check-out. Por não ter outros prédios ao lado, este Hotel oferece ótima vista.Não tive problemas com barulho, dormi muito bem.

Left after 1 night, shooting outside front door, prostitutes working the streets outside. In the roughest part of city. Not at all safe for my 6 yr old daughter and I to stay.even the locals don't frequent that area.cost me an extra £ 450 to switch hotels for 8 days. You should remove it from your books and would like to know if I am entitled to any refund? I visit my family regularly in Belem so know what to expect of the city.

Não se hospedem nesse hotel! O serviço do Zohgbi Hotel é o pior de Belém-PA. Uma pessoa de minha família precisou fazer check-out antecipado e como o cancelamento precisava ser realizado por intermédio da Hoteis.com não consegui resolver nada, simplesmente porque a Gerente chamada "Camila" não estava no Hotel e os funcionário incompetentes não poderiam fazer uma simples ligação para ela e consultar como seria o cancelamento. Lamentável.

Les réceptionnistes sont aimables. La piscine bien. Mais tout le reste c'est à dire le micro-onde était inexistant, pas d'eau dans la cuisine, elle n'est pas équipée. Donc elle ne servait à rien. Les femmes de ménages pas très efficaces. Les draps ne couvraient pas tout le lit. Parce que trop petits. Pas de couvertures. Chaque fois qu'on se couche ils se barraient. Clim défaillante dans notre chambre faisant un bruit de sirène de bateau donc empêchant de bien dormir.

Fiz a reserva para 4 dias. Meu check in foi as 3h da manhã e o check out às 9h da manhã do mesmo dia. Saí do hotel e fui para outro, pois este não tinha a menor condição. Mesmo assim foi me cobrado as 4 diárias e até o momento não tive o ressarcimento do hotéis.com. Fotos enganosas do site, pois o hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Ar condicionado não funcionava Belém é muito quente), não providenciaram berço para meu bebê de 10 meses, conforme solicitado na reserva. E o recepcionista disse que não podia fazer nada. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!
