Все хорошо, но отель на один раз.

Отель безусловно хороший. Вкусная еда, хорошее обслуживание, бывало пару неудобных моментов, но в целом отель старается сгладить впечатление. Отдельная кондитерская, детский клуб на твёрдую 5. Красивая ухоженная территория, все сотрудники отеля реально стараются, везде где готовят еду, постоянно ходит шеф и бдит процесс. Есть нюансы, из-за которых именно в этот отель, я бы не вернулся. В пивном доме, обещанный гиннес на азоте наливали один раз только, остальные дни говорили что он закончился. По факту обман получился, не очень прикольно понимать что ассортимент, искусственно расширен. Эфес конечно вам нальют хоть когда и в любых количествах))) Пляж очень маленький, заход в море не побоюсь слова отвратительный , пару метров и обрыв. С детьми только в бассейн. Аквапарк небольшой, но если ребёнок не старше 10-12 лет, то радость от катания будет) Сама территория отеля, очень компактная. Погулять особо негде. Если для вас мои минусы несущественны, то определено рекомендую.

Nice pools and aquapark. Very good food--but dinner was, consistently, significantly better in quality than breakfast and lunch. Very polite and helpful staff (except for the people serving the outside bar, who appeared to be deliberately slow). The AC seemed kind of old and dried the air in the room withing the first 60 minutes of turning it on. Room cleaning didn't include vacuuming every day. All in all, an excellent experience.

Almost nobody in hotel speaks English, stuffs are helpless, rude and unfriendly. Food in the hotel was horrible. Had dairy problems almost after every meal. The beach was full of rubbish all the time. Overall we had to eat every day somewhere else and spent more money and also search for public beaches. Couldn’t actually wait to be back home. Will definitely not visit this hotel again.

Nice hotel with very tasty food

Smooth check-in and check-out. Friendly staff, very tasty food in the main restaurant. Spacy and comfortable rooms especially on 5th floor. However our child get ill because of the water in the hotel (virus Koksaki), so be careful with fruits and with swimming in the pool. But this summer Koksaki is in most every hotel in Turkey.

Perfect familyhotel

I have been in a lot of hotels but this one beats them all. The food, the cleanness, the friendly stuff etc... the only thing I did not like is, the animation was made only for the russian guest. When I go somewhere I want to hear the music of this country, I want to see their culturedances etc and not every single night russian ballettdancer. But beside that everything was perfect

Otelde Temmuz sonunda bir hafta konakladık, genel anlamda iyiydi, beğendik...Papillon çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Restoranlarda bazı çalışanların özel ilgisi takdire şayan...Özellikle Emel hanımın güler yüzü farkını gösteriyor, teşekkür ederiz ilgisine...Bulunduğumuz dönemde, oteldeki bazı Arap misafirler çevreyi çok rahatsız ettiler, havuz başında sabahtan akşama kadar nargile içmek nedir anlamıyorum. Çocukların da bulunduğu havuzların kenarında sigara ve nargile içilmesinin engellenmesi için otelin gerekli tedbirleri alması gerekir...

Farniente pour tourisme de masse

Je ne vais pas tourner autour du pot, ici c'est l'usine à tourisme pour russes, turcs et allemands et quelques anglais. Un point à souligner, ce sont les conventions de professionnels qui ont eu lieu tous les jours. Certainement ceux qui font vivre l'établissement et la famille qui demeure à la tête des 3 hôtels de la chaîne. Si on ne les voient pas trop la journée... ils bossent eux !! Le soir c'est la cohue mais respectueux toutefois. C'ést la seconde fois en 2 ans que nous venions dans la région d'Antalya. Malgré un tourisme un peu en berne, les professionnels de voyage organisé s'y affèrent toujours pour le plus grand plaisir de la clientèle ciblée. Nous avions pris le vol sec et l'hôtel à part afin de ne pas être noyé dans ses flots effervescents. Si la barrière de la langue est un détail, vous devrez jongler entre l'allemand, le russe et le turc pour pouvoir se faire comprendre ... même pour un café (PI, nous sommes bilingues Français - anglais/espagnol) !! L'hôtel est bien tenu dans l'ensemble (plage et piscine irréprochable). La restauration demeure variée mais c'est vraiment la cantine au buffet (avec le savoir vivre de la clientèle russe). Un bon plan qui aurait pu être salutaire ce sont les restaurants à thème. Pour 10€ par personne vous avez un festin au calme, servi à l'assiette boissons incluses !! Sauf que .... pendant 1 semaine, seul le restaurant de spécialités de poissons faute d'affluence semble-t-il ! L'animation est très agréable. Hotel axé famille.

Kongre varsa asla!..

Malesef konaklamanın 2 gününe kongre denk geldi, hele ki devlet kongresi, kongre varsa asla gitmenizi tavsiye etmem. Kongre sonrasında hem personel rahatladı, hem hizmet kalitesi yükseldi ve de tabi ki misafir kalitesi de iyi yönde çok fark etti.

Et fantastisk hotel

Vi tilbragte en uge på hotellet, og det indfriede alle forventninger og lidt til.... billederne af hotellet svarer til virkeligheden, idet det er i flot stand. Personalet var meget venlige og altid imødekommende, så hvis man trænger til at slappe er det et dejligt sted. Fantastisk poolområde, og området er meget kompakt, så man skal ikke gå flere km for at komme fra den ene facilitet til den næste.
