"Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Great Service!

"Great location for either the NEC or the airport. Good size carpark (remembered to register your car reg). Big walk in shower. Comfy bed. Heating was set too high (22 C) for me. Opened the window, but alot of traffic noise. Very nice breakfast. I would stay again"

Very pleasantly surprised! Definitely recommend

"Lovely Hotel, very pleasantly surprise. Standard double room with King Size Bed, very clean & comfortable with everything you needed for an overnight stay. Lovely meal in the hotel restaurant and drinks afterwards in the bar. All staff from checkin to checkout were very friendly and helpful. The Gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and changing facilities were all of a great standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
