"The hotel is very well suited if you plan to travel to different cities in Israel. It is about a 2 block walk to a major train station. It is also attached to a very large vertical mall that includes a 2 floor food court with a huge variety of foods. As for the hotel itself, the Israeli breakfast is quite average-nothing special and everyday the same. Cleaning of the room is spotty and inconsistent. Despite these downsides, the hotel worked well for us. "

"The Vista rooms are definitely a step above the old Hilton rooms. The lounge was very convenient, and the views were beyond amazing. The sushi restaurant across from the lobby is very good. However, the hotel tries to sell the top floors at a premium price as offering an air of exclusivity, and candidly, with packs of little kids running around almost every time I was in the lounge, while it certainly offered an unpretentious feeling, it also gave me a headache..."

"The hotel’s description promised a "comforting indulgence," but unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with these expectations. On the night of the 3rd of September, a loud screeching noise from the air-conditioning unit kept me awake, which was particularly disappointing after already changing rooms due to similar issues. Additionally, I noticed mold in the bathroom, a persistent leak outside the room, and neither room I stayed in had a bath plug, making the bath unusable. These issues detracted from the comfort that was advertised. The most distressing incident occurred when I accidentally got locked in the bathroom during the night, without my phone, and had to wait about 10 minutes to free myself. At checkout, the staff kindly asked if I had been contacted about another room change following my complaint to Expedia, but no one had reached out to me. Given the short duration of my stay, it wouldn’t have been worth moving rooms again. While the staff were friendly and tried to assist, my stay was far from the "comforting indulgence" described. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. Please note that I have photo evidence of the issues mentioned and can provide them if needed."

A very very good option

"2nd time staying in one of the rooms/suites/apartments and the it has been fantastic. The bed was perfect. Kitchen was exactly what was needed, and the location is spot on. Right by Azrielli, and literally a few minute walk to Rothschild Blvd. bus to the beach- right there. And easy in and out of TLV which is crucial when you need to leave the city. Now this is where it may get touchy. I can’t say israel is known for its good customer experience so what’s great about here is the owner, being from the UK, is very attentive to your needs and makes herself available. You need something and she’s there. For me. Great place. "
