I booked paid but could not this hotel. Taxi driver did not find and even GPS did not know. Fake hotel! Phone did not work.

Our Beijing Trip

We loved the hotel atmosphere and our room. The slippers and our stocking from Santa were a special touch for us since we were so far from home. We give it 5 stars!!

The receptionist was quite nice. However, in the evening or in the early morning, only one receptionist on duty. I spent 40 min waiting for checking in the evening since few small groups of tourists arrived earlier than me and waiting for checking. the room has little smell of smoke. when checking out in around 7:30am, though I had settled all bills the previous night, I still had to wait for a long time just to hand back the room key, again, only one receptionist on duty. carpet in the room is a bit dirty. wifi very slow in the room that I had to use my mobile connection for video talk. the other facilities on the whole is fine. Lobby is quite big.

Our experience with this hotel was very satisfactory. We had originally booked a 5 star hotel but had to cancel and this was the best price-quality option we found and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. It gives you the feel of being in a very elegant hotel. The breakfast has a very good price compared to the other hotels. It costs 89 RNB's. The food from the buffet is very decent. No complaints there. Staff outside from the front desk don't speak much English which is not uncommon in China. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and linens were clean. It has a nice gym with a personal trainer and a nice indoor pool. Overall I think it is a good price-quality choice and I do not regret staying there.

従業員が非常に感じがよく、非常に対応のいいチェックインを行うことができた レートチエックアウトをお願いしたら、快くチャージなしで引き受けてくれた。 またホテルは入り口が開放感に溢れて、部屋も広く清潔であった。 シャワーとバスタブが分かれていたのも使いやすかった。
