Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. "Parking at the park and ride was only a short walk. Nice modern hotel. Reception, bar and restaurant staff friendly and chatty. Room cleanliness a small opportunity but not to the point that it impacted are stay."

"Overall, a great stay. The hotel isn’t pretty from the outside, but it makes up for it inside. I found the rooms to be more modern than other Mercure Hotels that I have stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from and fresh too. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again."
