"So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely. "

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"Fabulous location. Definitely search for the Caffe downstairs if you have issues with directions. Streets are for pedestrians, not vehicles, so if you are dropped off prepare to walk. Remember that 2nd floor here isn’t the same as the US. The interior was excellent with ductless heat (2) in the bedroom and hallway to common area. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. "We had a great stay and loved the close location to restaurants, bakeries, and the tram stop. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was fantastic, and his bird Koko was a highlight of our kids’ trip. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

Best hotel in Zagreb and good value

"Absolutely amazing. We loved this hotel, so clean, in a good location. 100% best communication with the hotel regarding packing and self check in as we arrived after 10pm. We just love little qaint hotels. The room was a fair size and a wonderful confortable bed. Bathroom was a good size, with a good shower and products, so nice and warm as we came in November and December. Loved the Christmas decoration. All staff so nice and friendly. Breakfast was just the best, so much choice, different milks to choose from, breads, toast, cakes, biscuits, jam's, cheese, sausage, eggs, hot food, yoghurt, cereals, you name it, they had it. You can also order omelette and scrambled egg's freshly made. I loved that the hotel was in a quiet courtyard but on the main road, so quiet, had the best two nights sleep ever. Love to come back again 10/10. You must stay here, perfect"
