Really good value and property is really clean… they seem to keep all the chairs upside down on the tables throughout the day so no one can use the lounge area…. When asked they responded “the flor was just mopped … from 4:00 pm to 5:30 am … Monday through Friday … interesting

My stay was great the staff was amazing. The room was nice and spacious (2B) beds very comfy. If your looking for a full breakfast this is not it. They have a grab-n-go, light breakfast.

I really enjoying Avid IHG hotel, Beaumont Tx, but the elevator carpet is very dirty. The hotel rooms, and outside area is nice, clean and modern.. They accepted pets which is another plus.

Hotel is great for a quick overnight stay. The rooms are always clean. I am noticing that attention to the common areas are being overlooked, like the elevator carpets have noticeable soiled areas, which can be cleaned quickly on days when the hotel isnt busy.
