"The front desk is not 24/7. We arrived at 7pm and we have had to self check-in through a machine. The description of hotel mention it has a SPA as our benefit, but we did not find that and had no one to ask for. Note: they charge addition fee for after hour call."

"I recently stayed at Montempo, Cité International in Lyon for two weeks and had a great experience. I was accommodated in a spacious 2-bed studio equipped with an electric hob, fridge, and microwave. The service and cleanliness were excellent, which made my stay comfortable. A good spot in Lyon

"While a little "worn around the edges", this hotel is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy. If you arrive late, parking is free in the street. "
