Definitely close to the main road so you hear everything. Unfortunately didn’t get the room that I had booked 2 months in advance. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

Guests should be advised of ongoing renovations. Constant noise from contractors knocking and smashing. Front desk welcome was atrocious, female manager abusive and rude. Couldn’t get any assistance with having faulty lamps and outlets replaced after 2 requests. Will take this further very seriously with Hilton.

This is a middle of the scale property. No highs, no lows. It had been freshly painted so much so that the door stuck and paint peeled when opening and all the walls and doors were tacky with still moist paint. But after the fiasco with The Beaumont Inn, we were just happy to have a place that was scooter accessible, safe, and no drunks looking into the windows.

It was okay that sheets weren't changed for our 4 day stay but I think towels, supplies and trash disposal should have been done more often. Also, please put an awning or some kind of shade covering over the pool area! Cement and hand rails were very hot!

We visited this hotel on 2023 and it was horrible. However, this year was a complete turn around. Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping was great. Kitchen staff friendly. We like this hotel because they offer a pool, breakfast is included, and the price is reasonable!
