"I forgot to take pictures before we cluttered the place up! It was clean, presented well, and was very good overall. The bathroom was split - shower/toilet with a door and the sink/vanity right outside. Shower head was standard, but the curved outward curtain rod made it feel more roomy. No hair dryer (that I could see), but plenty of hangars and a couple of suitcase racks in the closet. Standard hotel coffee maker too. Tv was a good size, the microwave was adjustable, and the fridge absolutely worked. Alll the lamps had outlets, so easy to charge your electronics. And you have control over the AC temp!!!!!! The bed was pleasant and soft (pillow-top like), there were plenty of pillows, the sheets soft. The pool was kinda small, but big enough for the job. Water cool (not cold) and saline (I think). Jacuzzi could fit 8 adults comfortably. Hot but not too. Social hour offered a free drink, and is in the same place as breakfast. We were bugging out, so just grabbed coffee to go- but there was waffles (maybe pancakes), eggs/breakfast meats, toast, mini muffins, yogurt, juices, cereal. The staff was efficient and pleasant at check-in. It’s a 2-story property without an elevator- so if you’ve got mobility issues, make sure you contact them so they save you a ground floor room. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again when in Tucson. "

"The staff was amazing!! Totally above and beyond!from check in with Chris. Super kind and friendly! He literally gave me cookies before they are typically served😊that evening Jackie helped me with food options. And was there many more times with a smile, laugh, or to answer my many questions. Then next morning Janet offered a late checkout which turned into 2 more nights.My housekeeper Teresa was so very kind and graciously chatted with me about her heritage and my husbands as they were from the same area in Mexico. That evening the security guard Wayne kept the pool open so I could finish ordering food and assisted me with transferring of codes. I was here alone without my kids and husband and on unfortunate circumstances, so the staff going out of their way to make me feel at home and cared for was tremendously appreciated!! Chris again was here on day 3 and so sweet and chatted with me as I’m Sure he sensed I needed it. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and the hot breakfast was the best I’ve had short of an international all inclusive. I wish I could remember the breakfast caretakers name. She was helpful and brought out fresh eggs 5 minutes before it was to close. Keep it up Tucson Country inn off the freeway. You’re doing great!!"
