"We stayed 2 nights. It was very cozy and warm. Check-in was a little different, but good none the less. What made it different was when we pulled up, there was no office in operation, the parking lot was dark and many of the lights were out. I felt unsafe at first. Once we called the number the owner had listed, he gave us a code to dial into the keypad and we got in with no problem. "Absolutely adorable property. Stayed one night in the winter so it was a little cold (bathroom floor was FREEZING but fine with the bath mat), but could see the potential for a great summer vacation. Staff was beyond nice. Because it was winter they had a Dyson space heater in and working, definitely needed!!! The room was small but clean and beds extremely comfortable. Would have loved to spend more than just an overnight, passing through. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Erie and the staff were very friendly and gave us great service. The pool is fantastic and really made the trip special! The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection and everything was fresh. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the Bayfront view again!"

"As I have mentioned in many prior reviews, this is a great mid-priced property. The staff has always treated me, with a smile at check-in.They go out of their way, to accommodate any special requests. Housekeeping is exceptional, with my guest room always very clean. There are basically 4 room types, with superior king's my favorite. Depending on location of your room, the WiFi can occasionally be iffy. Due to my work requirements, I have now stayed here in excess of 100 nights. Highly recommended for most traveler's. "
