"Great location. Tight room but it didn’t matter for one night near a Caps game. Friendly & knowledgeable front desk. Loved it and would do it again if I needed a night in Penn Quarter or Chinatown. Don’t bring families here though; it’s tight in the rooms, although the bathroom was much bigger than I thought relative to the rest of the room. This was a 10/10 experience for my first night in DC and specific to a Caps game. "

"The airline is a different story. I was forced to pay an additional $400 to select seats. When purchasing the package I ensured to select a flight that gave me the ability to pick my seats since I have small children. Horrible experience and to put an exclamation on the trip I am still at the airport as the flight has been delayed multiple times. Never again!"

"If you can buy a pass to the breakfast buffet. Not a full European array but the staff is attentive. Valet parking costs $72 for overnight and there are no nearby parking garages. Street parking in DC is much reduced by the new bike lanes. Using Metro from either airport might be wiser."

"Stayed here with my family for a couple nights. Good breakfast, the staff there was great. The kids enjoyed the pool. It’s an interesting building. Not much else in there right now except a Cheesecake Factory and an office building. The access to the metro station through the building was very convenient! "
