"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the parking attendants. In particular, Jasmine & an older black gentleman were just lovely. One complaint is that the tub was a bit slippery, and for seniors it’s a hazard to step into."

"I was there on business and to my surprise the room was more like an apartment. It had a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. It was almost too much, but convenient. A couple things to keep in mind. First, this place is not really within walking distance to restaurants. So you’ll need to door dash it or spend 40 minutes to and from the closest food area. Second, their coffee setup sucks. They have a coffee maker but the coffee bags they give you...

"We stayed there because we wanted to be right by the Ford Center and wow amazing! At first our the room we received didn't have a view of the ford center and that area so I called down and asked if there was any chance we could switch rooms...within minutes they were able to give me this request and came up and zipped our bags right across rhe hall! It was so amazing! Our trip was strictly all about Dallas Cowboys everything as this is my hubby's favorite fball team so seeing the big screen and having a slight view of the practice field was indeed a big deal for us 😁. Everyone was so nice and everything at this property was clean and beautiful!"

"I had a great stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast tasted great. Only ran into one issue with the elevator being down one night but it was fixed in the morning. Overall great stay will book this hotel again in the future!"

"I’m working in Frisco, I’m a nurse that lives 164 round trip from my job so to break it up I spent 2 nights at this hotel which is only 5min from my job😃 it was a great 2 nights. I’ll be working in Frisco most of October so will be booking every week at least 2 nights👍"
