"Unbelievable views! Great beach, lovely rooms. Wish we had come for our honeymoon. We will be back again. Only issue, this is not really hotel related, the frogs. When it gets dark the frogs getting to croaking and they are loud. If you come to Barbados, bring ear plugs to sleep. Other than that, this is an exceptional-one of a kind resort that is just amazing."

"I truly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed immediately upon arrival to the property and checked in with no issues. Our room was exactly as described with accommodations that we requested without any issues. We had exclusive beach access as well as complimentary items such as towels and sunscreen. Andre, the owner, was super helpful with recommendations to local activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning soon. Thank you so much! "

"I found a new haven in Barbados and it's the Plumtree Club. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend it to others. It was spacious and fitted with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I think I swam everyday because the pool and the surrounding area was quiet, clean and relaxing. It's a great place."

"The staff were all warm and friendly, efficient and helpful. Like the location as it’s convenient to get to Bridgetown and other restaurants and places on the South Coast. All quite a few restaurants are within walking distances. The beach is also quite lovely with crystal clear waters. My experience was positive however, I think it’s time the hotel gets a general upgrade, I would not mind staying there again on my next trip to Barbados. "

The Great Hidden GEM of Barbados

"The Maxwell Del Mar represents the pride of Barbados. The cleanliness of my room was a sight to see. The pool was also gorgeous-blue-sunlight. But if you really want to understand what makes this hotel so special, it is a warm and welcoming staff that caters to your every need. The leader of this incredible team is Mr. Hal Haynes, who borders on Barbados royalty. A statesmen in every sense of the word, Mr. Haynes is a stately gentleman reminiscent of a bygone era when respect and dignity ruled the day. I also thank Nadia and Matthew for their superb service. Stay in this wonderful Barbados hotel before you cannot get a reservation! "

The Soco Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I just spent 6 fantastic days at the SoCo Hotel. From the time that I arrived for check in to the time that I checked out I had the best service you could possibly get. All staff members are friendly and helpful. I wasn’t good at getting everyone’s name but Shaniqua, Shane, Mr Allen and last but not least Michelle were my go-to’s for anything I needed at the bar or at the front desk. Michelle went out of her way to accommodate me on several occasions and made sure I had an introduction to the owner of the hotel during a nice reception event. The location is very central for getting around on either the west or south coast. I’ve stayed in several hotels on the island, but this tiny boutique hotel is right up there for me. I will definitely book with them in the future."

Peaceful balconies, breathtaking views from so many spots, incredible staff who are always willing to help even when the problem you’re having isn’t part of their job. Our room was beautiful and spotless. We are planning our trip back to the Crane for next year already "
