The grounds, the staff, and the ambiance of this hotel is very pleasing, especially considering it is only three stars. The restaurant was open late and I was able to eat when I arrived late, and very good food was served there. The pool area seemed both private and fun looking, and it included a slide into the water which is sure to please the kids. The rooms themselves, however, were a bit of letdown. The mattresses were low and uncomfortable, there was no desk, and only one free electrical socket to use. The air conditioner didn't seem to operate well, making odd noises all night and making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel company is very unorganized. Communication between staff members is non-existent. We had several issues that they promised to resolve but never communicated the issues within their staff so we had to continually start over trying to explain problems. We booked here because they advertised a gym and a hot tub on the website, both of which we not in service for the entire 10 days of our stay when we arrived. The breakfast was stale and reused daily. Not one single staff member speaks any words of English, not a good feature for a supposed tourist attraction. The beds were hard as rocks and the hallways had a smell of rotten eggs and mold. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The toilets didn't flush properly due to lack of water pressure. Overall it was a huge disappointment and I would never ever return here.

O hotel é aconchegante, mas peca na manutenção. As gavetas dos móveis do quarto com poeira. Caixa acoplada do banheiro com defeito (enche pouco), móvel do frigobar quebrado na base dando a impressão que vai cair (fica inclinado). Na área da piscina o telhado parece que vai desabar (colocaram canos de pvc para dar sustentação). A nosso ver uma "injustiça" quanto ao couver artístico...quem consome no restaurante paga e os demais que estão só na área da piscina usufruem sem pagar nada. Sugestão: ou colocam a música na parte interna da piscina ou não cobram de ninguém.

Lugar aconchegante e familiar. Café da manhã perfeito. Custo benefício vale muito a pena. Piscinas e áreas de lazer boas, apenas a academia que está abandonada. O quarto é ótimo e serviço de quarto também é bom. É Foi a nossa segunda vez no Villa Verde e com ctz voltaremos mais vezes. Nas proximidades encontramos tudo que é necessário.

Hotel bom, com necessidades de melhorias simples.
O hotel é bom, tem coisas interessantes como a piscina, o restaurante, um bom café da manhã... A academia podia ser um pouco maior, até pelos aparelhos existentes. Duas coisas nos desagradaram nos quartos: . As cortinas são razoavelmente translúcidas, e nos apartamentos térreos parece que os quartos ficam expostos à visão externa. Também fica difícil dormir após o amanhecer. Esse ponto seria de fácil solução com cortinas mais espessas. . O ar condicionado, pelo menos nos dois quartos que experimentamos, é insuficiente para esfriar o ambiente. Ou deveriam ser colocados aparelhos mais potentes ou fornecidos (por opção dos hóspedes) ventiladores para melhorar a circulação do ar.
