"I could not expect more from a hotel. This hotel just got 4 Large room but everything is extraordinary here. Welcome drink is a fresh king coconut drink for each one of us and we are the only guests here, it is like the whole villa is just for us, nice staff, wonderful outdoor breakfast, large room space, quite environment, beautiful scenery, clean swimming pool... "The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. "This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc.. "It is a nice peaceful resort. The staff especially in the resurant and pool side was so nice and friendly. The main drawback with this resort is it's not a good place during rainy season as it's on the bank of estuary. As the river water comes with force during rainy season the sea is muddy and cannot swim or play in the sea. The next thing is that the staff in the reception have no answer for anything you ask. If you ask what activities you have nearby they will tell you to Google. Tuk tuk is available if you walk to the main road, but they don't even help calling for one. So unless ypu have everything sorted it's better not to stay there as for all activities you have to go to either Mirissa or Weligama. If you are just coming to relax then it's a nice place. Food was not that great."

"We were greeted with a cold hand towel and a juice - lovely. Easy check in. Room was huge and very clean. We had no hot water but when we told them about this they quickly fixed the problem. The swimming pool was pristine. The only problem with the pool is that it was quite exposed - no screen from the driveway. We got our laundry done - reasonable price by the kilo and fast return. The communication before arrival was good but the reception staff looked very worried if we asked for anything. However they were always trying to be helpful. There was renovations happening while we were there but mostly it was quiet and lovely to have a view of the sea (ask for this)."

The best in Welligama!

"I loved the location which was on the beach and it was a great view to see surfers surfing. Loved the food and the music wasn't too loud. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen staff but he spoke good English and was Sri Lankan who used to work in the middle east. He really really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Taking the extra trouble to make guests feel welcome. If you had the pleasure to meet him during your stay, he will surely look after you. The room was beautiful and spacious & great value for money."

"One of the best hotels that we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Right up against the beach front with beautiful views, modern and spacious rooms, and great facilities. The food served at the restaurant was reasonably proced and delicious, and the hotel is very close to Mirissa Beach and Turtle Point. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, making our stay a very positive experience. We will definitely be back when travelling Sri Lanka next, and would highly recommend to anyone else going through Mirissa."
