"We ended up in a smokers room . Nowhere on my booking did I see anything about a smoking room, but the dust said I booked the smoking room and there was no non-smoking rooms available. They tried to make it right the next day, but by then it was too late so in the future, could you put in bold letters, whether the room is smoking or non-smoking. "

"My stay was AMAZING 10/10 and they very kind lady at the front desk needs a big raise or something because she was understanding and very very helpful the staff was sweet and helpful also I’ve never felt so welcomed at an hotel before the place was as VERY clean it was quiet the pool was clean everything was just awesome during the stay. "Wonderful stay, all employees and the Front Desk rocked: Donavan, Marqueesa (sp?) & a very nice Housekeeping lady worked together very well to make my last-minute accommodation request happen!! Breakfast was pretty good, pool was heavenly, clean, plenty of seating and shade umbrellas! 10 outta 10!"
