"The apartment itself was great. Clean, new, great sized rooms with kitchen stocked for cooking. Unfortunately, communication is lacking. Received an email shortly after booking to ask about time of arrival. Replied to said email and never heard anything else. There is no front desk as this is an apartment building. "Das Hotel ist am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Fußläufig ist daher in Pirna alles gut erreichbar. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann separat gebucht werden. Wir würden dies empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut. Toll gefallen hat uns, dass es während des Aufenthalts eine kostenlose Karte für den ÖPNV mit dazu gab. Daher haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen und sind mit Bus und Bahn zum Wandern gefahren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Pension Donatus."

You can also walk down the hill to the Elbe and access the ferry and regional trains to easily visit other locations in the beautiful national park.
