"Our heartfelt thanks to the whole team at the Hyatt. We loved every minute of our stay. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms large, well appointed and designed and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came to St Kitts for a wedding with other guests staying at villas and the Marriott and everyone agreed the Hyatt was an incredible experience. We would love to return with the family again. Special shout out to the staff at the Great House - every one was exceptional."

"The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. "LOCK UP YOUR THINGS IN THIS HOTEL. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful, the location has a variety of dining options for for tourists and there is a local beach 10 mins away. The size of the pool and hotel is good. My only grievance was having things taken from my room, small things that you would not miss straight away until you need them. I raised this with the manager and they spoke to the person cleaning my room, who of course denied it! I asked for my things to be returned and...
