"Cleanliness "

"We loved this hotel. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, and the breakfast was very good. Check in and check out was very fast but none of the staff appears happy to be there. Nobody smiles or really makes you feel welcome. It’s fine because everyone did their job and did it well it, was just a stark difference from other places we’ve stayed. We’ve been coming to Evansville regularly for the past 10 years but usually stay on the East side. "

"Staff was great "

"Great breakfast and amazing kitchen staff. Liked that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center. But, our window in our room had a very large crack which allowed a dragt and it was freezing outside. Also, the bathroom handle on the inside of the door was broken & it kept falling off when you attempted to exit the restroom after using it. My poor wife almost panicked cause she got stuck in there 3 times! She didnt want me getting anyone at that moment because she was embarrassed. After the 1st time she got stuck I DID inform a gentleman at the front desk & yet no one ever came tonfix it or offer to switch our rooms. She got stuck in there 2 other times mind you. I did not for simple fact I dont mind leaving the door open. My wife likes her privacy & deserves that. We're not mad but disappointed I'd say. It was Valentines Day. We stayed the 13th- 15th. A different room with doors that all worked wouldve been a nice gesture is all. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you & God Bless "
