Very helpful and friendly staff all around. Rooms are always clean. Facilities are very new or recently updated. But the real highlight is the location. 5 minutes walk from everything: the grand Bazaar, the spice Bazzar, the blue mosque, Aya Sophia, Basilica, etc. Tram station 2 minutes away which can take you all over Istanbul. I’m definitely going back to the same hotel for my next visit to Istanbul.

Loved that each area was scented and each smell was amazing. The spa facilities were free to use and you are provided with a towel, slippers and soap if you wanted to use the hammam. You could also pay for a therapist if you wanted

"When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. ..."
