"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful. "

"Nice rooms, a little dated but all functional and well appointed. A little confusing to find because its mostly labelled Milano Hotel, but check in and parking are across the road with the main hotel area. Lovely staff were very helpful once we found our way. Dinner was magnificent and excellent service."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "
