"Excellent, bright, shiny, very well priced newish hotel. Very close to main historical square- about 200 metres lower , mostly on escalators, through an array of historical tunnels which would be a high priced attraction anywhere else in Italy. If coming by train, catch the excellent and novel Mini Metro from the end of platform one. Get off at Pincetto and head right and mostly downhill. The hotel is about 200 m away from the stop. Use your phone."

"We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very clean and toiletries are included—from dental kit to body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The location is great - it’s at the center of the churches we visited. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. We plan to come back with our mom. Thank you for a great service! "

"We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!"

"It was slightly above average. The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"A quiet option to stay in Assisi, the room was clean with a spacious bathroom, the view from the room is amazing. The continental breakfast is good. The hotel is located some metres away from San Francisco’s cathedral. The WiFi signal was poor in the room. "

"Everything about Portica10 was PERFECT! Carmine and his wife were wonderful, gracious hosts and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Sadly, we were only there for one night, and we’ve decided that we will definitely return for at least 4-5 days, and we’ll DEFINITELY book our stay at Portica10. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Carmine and his wife purchased this home several years ago and, with the help of his wife’s father, renovated it into a modern, high tech, beautifully appointed B&B that eclipsed any we’ve ever experienced before. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and even included homemade (yes, homemade) pastries, cookies and jam along with a host of other offerings. There is even a rooftop terrace at Portico10 on which you can behold the day and nighttime beauty of the city. Perfection all around! If you are looking for a centrally located, amazing and memorable place to stay during your visit to Assisi, Portico10 is for you!! "

"My stay was unplanned due to flight disruptions on 19/07/24. The hotel was an eleventh hour choice. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They did everything to make my stay comfortable even when my initial room had no air conditioner on the 1st night. "
