"The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this. "

"My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. Recommend for Sure

"Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. The room is comfortable, but it was a bit warm. We opened up the windows but with the celebration of Halloween was a tad too noisy. Loved hearing the children. The breakfast is very good. "

"Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent."
