"I have stayed at this property more than ten times, and it has been a good experience which is why I have returned. On this last visit, however, I booked the Queen large apartment expecting the best stay, but reality was the complete opposite. The unit was not cleaned well, it was missing cooking equipment, and the one piece of cookware it did have was uncleaned with burned cheese stuck to the inside."
