"For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building. Room...

"3 flights of stairs was not fun after eating out. Our particular room had a view of a dark alley, would have liked a view of the main attraction “The Rows”, which other rooms had. Would be great for someone who loves to shop or try out local pubs."

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x"

"Property ideally centrally located. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room could do with an update, towel rail connection held together with tape, dusty in some areas, generally clean, no remote for tv but can be controlled by buttons on the side of the tv, this gives you restrictive control. "

"We loved our four night stay.We have been there before and enjoyed it then too.The breakfast was good too.The cleaners did a fantastic job and changed the towels and bedding if needed.We loved being able to make a free hot drink when we got back from our walks.The staff were all very friendly too.Theres nothing that we didn’t like."

"Even though the room was clean and bed very comfortable why can’t there be enough on the hostess tray. 2 Tea bags, 2 Sugar, 2 Milk for 2 adults. Check in at 2pm checked out 8am. I know it sounds picky but should the guests have to go looking for these items. "
