"We stayed here from January 18-22, 2025, and it was a beautiful resort! Our room, #902 on the 9th floor, had a spectacular ocean view with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and our king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The resort offers several restaurants, though not all were open during our stay. "Nice hotel, but seemed understaffed and under resourced. Check in went well and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. But the lounge/bar experience was lacking. I ordered a cocktail off the menu only to be told that they didn’t have Prosecco to make it. I then ordered a dish from their menu and was once again told it wasn’t available. It alll got figured out and they were nice about it. Also a bit of a wait at breakfast as only one person seemed to be working with customers...
