"Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

"It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good. "

" Nice and new. Helpful staff. A small microwave would have been great. Perfect location ! The fridge even had a large freezer so a bag of ice would fit in it. "

"The only complaint I had was the shower not having a door or a floor barrier to keep the water from getting on the floor outside the shower. Otherwise I would still stay again and definitely recommend it. Excellent price for the location, cleanliness and amenities. The sleeping arrangements are also great for a family of 4. Spacious living areas including the bathroom."

"Commutation was important as all of Puerto Rico lost power. The owners did a great job keeping in touch. The apartment was terrific and we were happy to have snacks supplied as food was difficult to get with the power outage. Loved the balcony and being in the heart of old San Juan. Thanks. Nancy T"

"I have already posted a five star review with comments previously, but I failed to mention how friendly & helpful the staff were in giving recommendations for restaurants and general information about the area. Also, Alexander, greeted us at the entry and gave us the best local coffee recommendation just a few minutes from the hotel. I would definitely stay at this location again. Easy uber to the airport!"

"We stayed here following a cruise. We loved the hotel as well as its location. We walked our luggage from the ship to the hotel. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore Old San Juan on foot. Fabulous restaurant options, history & just delightful places to discover."

Beds were comfortable, lot's of space to move around, there is NO ELEAVATOR, not a big deal from us, no couches in the living room or microwave in the kitchen, it had a built-in stove top and all the dishes and silverware. There is plenty of food options within walking distance along with a pharmacy and small Bodega, several food trucks and small local bars. You're 1.4 KM walk to Old San juan, just walk it or Taxi it as you WILL soend 30 min just looking for parking. You're also about 10 minutes from a local beach where you can rent chairs, and other beach equipment that's great for families or the typical beach goer. The staff is great at the counter checking in, and communicating if you have a concern or questions about things to do, Our 2nd time staying at this facility and we'll be going back."
