A estadia foi agradável, funcionarios simpaticos e solícitos. Senti falta no quarto de um tapete no banheiro, pra saida do chuveiro. Mas no restante, tudo que solicitamos foi atendido.

Sobre o atendimento não tenho oque reclamar, pessoal que trabalha no hotel super atenciosos, porém a estrutura deixou a desejar e muito, quarto com muito mau cheiro de fechado de mofo, pinturas muito feias, não sei se voltaria pois as condições pelo valor pago não é justa, café da manhã estava bom, as pessoas que atendem na recepção e na cozinha são educados e prestativos, porém a questão da limpeza, o mal cheiro no quarto e a estrutura deixou a desejar sim e garanto que outras pessoas devem ter pensado o mesmo ao conhecer o local, pintura dos quartos com infiltração, banheiro, teto não gostei, porém tem alguns pontos que daria para elogiar outros não teria como de forma alguma.

Estive hospedado entre o dia 04/08/24 e 07/08/24 e o hotel atendeu totalmente as minhas expectativas. As instalações são ótimas e limpas, funcionários prestativos, preço bom. Quarto com vários canais de TV, ar condicionado funcionando bem e as áreas comuns ótimas. Bem próximo do centro e principais atividades, não é necessário utilizar carro para nada. Recomendo demais.

A experiência no Hotel Beira Rio foi excelente, tem uma ótima localização e uma vista incrível para o Rio Preguiças, um café excelente com várias opções, as acomodações são confortáveis e limpinhas, tem os funcionários sao super educados, com certeza voltaremos e indicamos aos amigos

Hotel localizado na beira do rio, por isso vale 3 estrelas , fora isso, instalações antigas e sem conservação , limpeza deixa muito a desejar.

Café da Manhã com pouca opção, falta identificação nos alimentos e bebidas. Não tem guardanapo disponível, faltam talheres (colher mesmo, tinha duas ou três) vi um hóspede pegando uma já usada em uma das mesas. Recepção sem nenhum conforto, dois bancos para 4 pessoas sentarem para aguardar as agências de passeios.
