"Even before I travelled to Adelaide to stay here, I received several communications to ask if I required anything prior to my stay. This outstanding customer serviced continued on arrival. I was greeted by the friendliest of staff who make the check in process easy. The foyer was beautiful and all services were explained to me. My room was absolutely beautiful! The bed was amazing and the comfiest pillows I’ve experienced. I’ve stayed in some great 5 star hotels around the country and the world, and this hotel was better than many I’ve stayed at. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning."
