"LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town! But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best. Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking."

"I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. " If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

Downfall was lack of toiletries like separate shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion, which appears in some of the photos. Great stay

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "
