"The booking was made last minute due to an appointment change. The owner was there to meet us and got us checked in and sorted. The cottage was clean and neat and spacious. Items requested were made available in a timely manner. I had an enjoyable stay."

"My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and we had an excellent time there. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the amenities were perfect for a quiet adults only break. My only gripe is that there were not enough sun beds and towels, they should have a rule that if you have not used your bed or towel in an hour you loose the bed as many people would put towels on a bed as early as 7 am and not use the bed until way after lunch. "

"We were greeted with a warm welcome, the apartment is very clean and it has everything you could possibly need. A taxi was arranged for us from the airport which was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Right on the beach, lots of chairs for everyone, pool was sparking clean . Management went out of their way to help me celebrate a birthday!! The only complaint was the noise from other resorts and clubs. We would have really enjoyed more fresh fish variety All in all it was great!! Also, must mention the wonderful bar server who danced and did cartwheels and wore eye popping knee socks. He entertained us daily! Hats off to him!!"

"Location and beach were great, perfect spot to watch the sunset! Market just a block away with several restaurants and taxis always waiting around the corner. Liam and Cyrus were on sight and amazingly helpful. They also secured us a rental car when they were sold out everywhere on line. "

"The food and drinks were incredible. Excellent location and great beach. Not quite an all inclusive as you're limited to one visit to the sushi restaurant and one visit to the steakhouse. The furniture in the rooms could definitely use an upgrade. Most is particle board with water damage. Overall it was a good place and nice stay. "

"A very friendly team at this hotel, who make you feel right at home. The pool is lovely. The rooms could do with an update but were cleaned regularly. Great position for walking to lots of places but also easy to get a zr bus or Taxi too. For the price we paid it is outstanding. "

"I'm a pulmonary & critical care physician in Florida, USA. I have lived in many different countries and traveled to more than 40 different countries on 6 different continents. I love nature, healthy living, good-hearted people and delicious food. My week at Naniki cottages under the guidance of my friend and mentor Tom (the owner), has changed my outlook at life. This place is a piece of paradise. No mosquitoes, nothing poisonous or harmful on the island, right next to the best surfing in the Caribbean (the soup bowl) and overall a therapeutic retreat. That mountain in St. Joseph is ranked 3rd in the world in longevity; most people live to 100 years old. I will be going back again and again as I intend to purchase a plot of land in the area to build my dream vacation home for my family one day. "
