"Serras Barcelona is a small gem. The location is a few blocks walk to the gothic area with loads of shops, restaurants and charm. If you cross the street from the hotel you can walk along the water and the small boat harbor surrounded by shops, restaurants and locals enjoying the day. "Fantastic location, some noise at night with window open but very quiet with window closed. Room was very clean and maintained. Bed was comfortable, shower good. Hot tub and steam room was a nice touch. Would come back again. Only complaint was with hotels.com on the misleading advertising of a room with a bathtub. Management informed us upon arrival that none of the rooms have a bath tub. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was that it supposedly had a tub."

"The staff are one of the greatest features of this hotel. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The rooftop bar is incredible with unparalleled views of the cathedral. There are a few areas in the room where the paint could use a touch-up but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit."

"Modern hotel situated in close proximity to Metro links and city centre. Rooms serviced on a daily basis and close to spotlessly clean.
