"We booked a family room, very spacious, nice beds and bathroom, the room was a little bare, only blinds, but functional. The hotel has a complicated floor structure with different lifts and stairs to access the floors. Rooftop bar very nice, with views of Sagrada de familia, bar staff/waiters/reception very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks reasonable and priced well. Breakfast also good. "My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this location. The location to local restaurants, bars and shopping was great. We loved taking morning and evening walks and we felt safe at all times. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 1 full bath and I 1/2 worked well for family of 5. The sofa bed was so comfortable my kids enjoyed it. "We loved the Sunotel Central. It was in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of all the sights in Madrid. The room was clean and of a good size and the only thing it was missing was hair conditioner. The staff was great and went above and beyond. I highly recommend."

Perfect location, reasonably priced!

"The rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated; however, the location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. More importantly, the hotel was conveniently located to the metro system that could take you anywhere throughout the city. In addition, there were several lovely cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. I would definitely stay there again. "
