We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was booked last minute for a brief visit to Barcelona as it was in the location we needed and very good value. On arrival the staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended local places to eat. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds very big and super comfortable. Will recommend to others and will return.

Front desk staff were fine, was given a room on 5th floor, but it was dusty, had a bath with gunk and old dirt, the layout of room was strange toilet in one place sink by the entrance of the room and dhoer at a different place, asked to be moved to another room since there was lots of dust and strange odours, the other room lay out was kind of similar but with a shower and it was on the 3rd floor, went out for a walk on second day and when arrived the hotel was on fire and rooftop was burning with police not allowing people to get close, no one from hotel was to be found near the hotel to guide the guests where to go what to do for couple of hours, then we asked the police officer and he told us to go to the bar and we waited again for a long time until we were allowed to get back to hotel and ask what is happening and how to get our belongings, there was again a lengthy wait time before officers allowed people to go floor by floor and get their belongings while the light was out one person from reception was helping all guests and he would turn the emergency light which went out 3 times before we grabbed our belongings from the room, while going down it was so hard to find the exit because their was no light and no sign for exit, it was such a horrible and horrific experience, my belongings that were ironed and ganged in the room smelled liked smoke, no communication from hotel or management re this incident, except that we were moved to another hotel, vacay ruined

I loved this hotel and would 100% stay here again! The staff were all so wonderful and helpful. When we checked in, they gave us a map and circled sights and gave us pointers. Twice, they pre-booked cabs for us. It was great because the cabs were on time and still used the meters. The hotel was very clean. The location is incredible - so many great restaurants within walking distance, and the metro is also a short walk away. It felt like we were surrounded by locals, which always feels great when visiting another country. I will say the set up of the bathroom is quirky - the toilet area is right in front of the bed. To the right of that is the sink area, and to the right of that is the bathtub/shower. I’ve never seen anything like that before, and if you’re short (like me), it’s a bit difficult to climb into the shower. It’s also not romantic for the toilet to be right in front of the bed. However, on the other hand, there’s a roomy couch area by the windows. So it’s not a practical design choice, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. Loved it!

This is our second short stay at this boutique hotel and we found it very pleasant. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was quite ample. We would recommend it to friends if they were travelling to Barcelona.

The Mirror Barcelona is a lovely hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The only issue I has was that room isn't sound proofed that well and noises like the adjoining room door closing and trash collection out on the street resonated very loudly inside. But I'd definitely stay there again as the room had everything I needed, was central to everything I wanted to see in the city and the staff were extremely friendly.

My husband and I had a great stay at The Mirror Barcelona. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from many of Barcelona’s top attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to help us, offering useful recommendations and marking spots on a map, which made our visit so much easier. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a large, modern bathroom. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the setup looked inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.
