The place was nice enough and the room setup was convenient for me since I was traveling solo with my child. That said, it is certainly priced like a 4 star but not sure how that rating was given. It lacks basic room amenities such as water and lotion, no room service, help with your bags (had to ask bc I am heavily pregnant but it was an exception) VERY limited restaurant hours, etc. The rooms were a good size if you get a suite but were a bit outdated and I found old socks under the bed when checking if I left anything so not sure how clean.

Employees at the reception are not very friendly. The outdoor area of the hotel need some extra care. Rooms are small but clean and good housekeeping service. AC was set at 21 Celsius and we were not able to move it upwards or downwards, when the request was made at the reception we were told this was because of local regulations. There is no way to communicate with the reception from the room, there is a QR that never worked.

San Qgat es hermoso y el hotel lo es más !!
El hotel es hermoso , instalaciones de primera , buen gusto , San Qgat es un pueblo hermoso , la comida es Excelente , la distancia del hotel a Barcelona en tren y metro es aprox 40 minutos , el Uber o taxi local aprox 45 euros , el metro y tren ida y vuelta es $20 euros . Cerca del hotel hay un mall súper bueno !

Pasamos una velada muy agradable. La cena en el Hotel y el maitre, excelentes. La habitación muy bien. Algunos detalles por mejorar: el bufet de desayuno desatendido.
