Super Lage, aber schlechtes Apartment
Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Die Lage des Apartments war super, ansonsten würden wir das Apartment auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Zunächst ist anzumerken, dass es kein natürliches Tageslicht gibt. Es gibt lediglich 2 Fenster, die aber nur zum Aufzugsschacht zeigen. Wo man gleich beim nächsten Problem wäre und zwar der Lärm. Man hört die ganze Zeit den Fahrstuhl hoch und runter fahren, zudem noch Baulärm. Außerdem war in den ersten 2. Nächten an Schlaf kaum zu denken, denn ein Apartment unter uns wurde eine rießen Party mit ohrenbetäubenden Lärm gefeiert. Nachdem ich mich beim Office beschwert habe, hieß es, dass die Gäste ermant wurden. Geholfen hat das nichts, die nächste Nacht ging das ganze Spiel von vorne los. Die Waschmachine/Trockner konnte man auch vergessen. Dieses Gerät machte nicht nur Lärm, sondern lief pro Wasch-/Trocknengang insgesamt bis zu 4h. Ansonsten noch: Kücheneinrichtung bestand aus zerkratzten Pfannen, versifften Töpfen und spärlichen Besteck. Fazit: Außer der tollen Lage gibt es nichts positives zu sagen. Würden es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

tous confort ,bémol vu sur ascenseur
Appartement deux chambres . tous conforts( lave vaisselle, machine a laver micro ondes) bonne état, dommage qu'il manque des bols ,des saladiers , sauteuse ... alors qu'il reste de la place dans les placards, manque aussi de tous les consommables ( papiers toilette, tablette lavage: machine a laver et lave vaisselle, torchons vaisselle, produit vaisselle) et les enfants ont signalé des piqures d'insecte ( puce dans la cage ascenseur ) bien pour deux personnes (petite cuisine avec table de 1m² 2 chaises et 2 tabourets).

Gradevole appartamento a 2 passi dalla cattedrale
Soggiornato dal 5 dicembre al 8 dicembre 2014 con figli di 5 e 7 anni. Ottima soluzione per visitare Barcellona ed avere una base dove tornare per riposare, ed avere spazi per tutta la famiglia. Dotato di tutti i comfort quali lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, tostapane, bollitori, lavastoviglie, tovagliato ecc. Biancheria a disposizione. Abbiamo acquistato dei gamberoni al mercato che erano vivi e ce li siamo cotti!!!!!!! È la sistemazione ideale se si viaggia con i bambini. Loro hanno potuto avere i loro spazi e sentirsi come a casa propria.

Das Appartement liegt gut für Unternehmungen, gestört hat uns, das wir kaum Tageslicht in der Wohnung hatten, da die Fenster in schmale Lichthöfe hinaus gingen. Das Bad war ebenfalls nicht sehr einladend, Wasserhahn unsauber und auch die Dusche war an den Kanten sehr unsauber (Ablagerungen)

Good location , no windows
The location is great but that all . I was suppose to get two bedroom apartment with living room . When I got there there was two rooms plus kitchen and one of the bedrooms had a couch in it which I think they call living room . The apt was nice but the windows open into elevator shaft , no natural light at all.

Helt ok leilighet.
Leiligheten ligger sentralt i Barcelona i en rolig gate. Standarden er helt ok. Litt styr å hente nøkkelen et annet sted enn der leiligheten ligger, og at vi måtte betale 20€ ekstra siden vi kom etter kl 20. Vi var ikke de eneste som kom da, for å si det slik. Servicen var topp når vi kom, men når vi skulle hente koffertene våre var det så som så med den.

Appartement bien situé. Manque de luminosité !
Chouette quartier vivant! Par contre pas de balcon pas de fenêtres donnant sur un extérieur( cage d'ascenseur et trou intérieur)! Un peu difficile quand on est au cœur de Barcelone!

Bra läge
Funktionell lägenhet med bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta. Lägenheten hade dock inga fönster utåt, utan bara mot ett hisschakt och ett slags ljusschakt, vilket gjorde att man fick känsla av att bo i en mörk grotta utan dagsljus. Lägenheten var dock nyligen renoverad och fräsch i övrigt. Enkel inredning.

posizione ottima ma ...
l'apparthotel si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare al meglio Barcellona, purtroppo il nostro appartamento era in una posizione infelicissima , tutte le finestre davano in cavedi interni dando una senazione di soffocamento, E' vero che si va per visitare una città ma almeno una finestra all'esterno ci deve essere!! Per il resto, arredamento, pulizia, accessori interni, era confortevole.
