We got a great room with a balcony view of the city. The AC (nor the minbar fridge) doesn’t work very well but we kept The balcony door open and that helped. Staff was helpful and it was in a very excellent location. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Room is comfortable with good size, well appointed modern bathroom. Centrally located with an easy walk to La Rambla. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice location but horrible internet & CS
I definitely wouldn't come here again. The internet never worked in our room (2nd floor), only in the lobby and even then, it was on&off. Every time I pointed it out to the staff they said they'll call the internet company, but there was no improvement. One of the receptionists (the fat one with beard, in case the property management is curious) arrogantly told me that a 20 seconds load time for a website is normal and that I need to pay 10 euros if I want "premium" internet. Mind you, this review is written in 2018, not 1998. If you DO have to stay at this hotel, make sure to ask for a room that doesn't have the windows towards the interior yard, because those are extremely poorly lit.

Centrally located hotel - in Barri Gotic
Centrally located hotel in Barri Gotic, walking distance to many areas and within a bloc of the Gotic Cathedral and Catalunya square. Also walking distance to Casa Batlo and Casa Mila (la Pedrera). Bus tours available near by at the Catalunya square. Staff were helpful when we requested an upgrade to our room since we were going to be there for 9 nights. The first room was a tad small. An additional 10 euros got us a bit more space. The only real issue with the hotel was the housekeeping. While the room was made every day and was clean, most days it necessitated a call to the front desk to replenish toiletries, hand towels, coffee, notepad etc.

the hotel was excellent but since you invite criticism there were no English speaking channels apart from one station commenting on the American stock exchange why you think I want to listen to a load of boring yanks droning on 24/7 I don,t know.If reception is a problem why don,t you put BBC World Service radio on instead Thank You

Very nice hotel in the heart of the old city in Barcelona only a few steps away from La Rambla street. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and would highly recommend it. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. We had an excellent time.

Wonderful hotel in wonderful area in amazing city!
The location of the hotel was fantastic, the hotel was clean, we enjoyed the balcony, it was very quiet at night even though right in the tourist area of Barcelona, the desk managers were extremely helpful, and the woman who gave us a wake-up call on our last day was super pleasant.

NH Barcelona Centro
Staying at the NH Barcelona Centro was a delight! The front desk staff was helpful, wake up calls were made right on time. Quiet and convenient location. Room was very clean and well appointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Barcelona.

Great location
Great location. Show it's age a little bit. Some of the pieces on the wood floor were not attached and the tub had some minor scuffs but all in all a comfortable place to stay. The desk seemed to be a little understaffed but the people there were very friendly and helpful.
