This was our sound stay at this hotel in a week pre/post a cruise. During the first stay we had some issues arise but the staff worked hard to address them and our second stay was excellent! We will stay again!

Great spot in the busy old port area
Great spot in the old port area. We had a couple of nights after getting off a cruise Good area for lots of bars and restaurants just accross the road and surrounding streets A really cool walk up through the gothic quarter into La Ramblas from the hotel too

A handicapped room had a bathtub over a foot entry. No shower seat or stool. No closure door. Lower Bar was on Left side of tub when most people are right handed. Handicapped rooms on first floor but DIRECTLY across from two bathrooms. Not quite especially with phone users! Not at all handicapped friendly or safe!

This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at and the most expensive, yet our worst experience. Ladies, if you’re trying to get ready in front of a decent or actual mirror, be aware. The mirrors had a dark effect and it was really hard to tell what we were looking at sometimes. There’s no where to hang towels or tolietry bags, except the hooks that were by the front door, which is unpleasant to see towels etc as soon as you walk in. Super dim lights in the bathrooms, safe were annoying, etc. Few other small things that we didn't realize made a big difference. Also, we left a key card in (to allow the AC to continue while we stepped out for coffee. House keeping took it. Thank God we changed our key cards entirely because she tried to return at 6. We had to report it. Otherwise room had a beautiful balcony and views. It's a modern property with lots to do. Do what you will with this info. Hope it helps someone.
