"This hotel served its purpose as we were attending course nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The main issue I had was the scent used in the main reception area which gave me a headache each time I entered the building. It wasn’t unpleasant but very ‘heady’ and not necessary "

"The receptionist was very nice, the hotel as well. Although the room was a bit small. But I knew what it was from the pictures, they are clear. The beds were comfy and the bathroom nice. It’s in El Raval, dodgy area a little bit but if you’re street smart you’ll be fine. You can walk in the centre from there so the location is good. "

"The staff are one of the greatest features of this hotel. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The rooftop bar is incredible with unparalleled views of the cathedral. There are a few areas in the room where the paint could use a touch-up but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit."
