"A lovely large room with a very spacious bathroom and a kitchenette. The fresh coffee was a nice touch too. In my opinion, the bedroom could do with a mirror for doing hair and makeup. The silocone on the windows/ windowsill could also do with a more thorough clean but it wasn't anything that took away from the general cleanliness. "

"Brilliant staff. Rooms are spacious. The toilets are clean. It has a luxurious and comfortable feel. Well kept property. The neighbourhood could be better and maybe cleaner but that is no reflection on the hotel. "

"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. "Fantastic apartment with great facilities. Good quality fixtures and fittings. TV could have been a little bigger but this was a very small complaint. Everything was clean and well presented as well as having a secure entry. Hreat to have an enauite and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"Better than staying at one of the hotel chains. Had a mini kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, cutleries, mugs and dish soap, which is handy for meals. Facilities are neat and well kept. Big bed for 2 people also. Had netflix on tv also. Really loved our stay. "

"Had a fab stay at the Carmel apartments, the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, warm and everything was of great quality, everything is thought of, with lovely touches around and the garden is beautiful too. I cannot recommend this apartment enough 5⭐ Will definitely be staying again on our next Scottish holiday. "

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Die Kaution wurde vollständig einbehalten, obwohl sämtliche Regeln bezüglich hinterlassen des Apartments und der Sauberkeit eingehalten wurden. Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"

"Good amenities - the wifi worked, the shower had good temperature & pressure, the beds were comfortable. The town is lovely - right out the back of the building, you can walk to Linlithgow Palace by taking the trail around the little lake. There are restaurants & cafes close by. "

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Great central hotel in Glasgow! Awesome to be right next to Hydro! Super friendly staff both at the front desk and restaurant! Excellent food, not typical of hotels, with friendly staff with good banter. Great gym, and funky room decor. Spacious rooms with great towels! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids. Will definitely be back"
