"Stay at Ray Parc hotel for 2 nights in September. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Mid-Valley. Check in and check out were smooth. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was working well. The room is reasonable spacious but the furniture in the room was a bit tired and needed to be replaced. Caught a taxi from KL Sentral to the hotel. However, the taxi driver had difficulty to locate the hotel due to its remote location (behind residential area) and unable to locate on GPS...

"Getting the negatives out of the way first: 1. Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site.
