Nice modern and relaxing stay at this boutique hotel. Overall is good only location is not the most ideal compare to locations I usually stayed at which is just next to.shopping mall. It will be great if the tuk2 from hotel can bring us to nearest shopping mall.

Great location without the noise
hotel is in prime location, without the noise, Breakfast buffet is one of the best in Bangkok, try the Eggs Benedict :) Rooms are large comfortable, the towels are much better then all the local hotel, only issue when using phone to call reception it did not work but the hotel is amazing

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Super efficient check in. Spacious room. Fabulously comfy bed...tempted to sleep in Nice big shower, hot water and goid pressure. Complimentary juice and water. Nice breakfast, small but very chilled pool. Smackbang away from fun of Nana street bars, pkenty of cabs and Tuk Tuks. Essy walk to skybtrains, century 21 mall etc.

Hotel is right by Nana Plaza and easy transport to public transportation. Great location if you’re trying to party and experience the Bangkok nightlife. The hotel is boujee and hipster. They were booked out and didn’t offer late check out when we stayed so probably ask for it when you check in. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the staff. They are extremely professional and helpful. After about 6hours from when we checked out, I noticed I was missing my wedding rings and remembered I put it on the headboard on the bed and used the online chat to see if anyone has found it. It was very helpful and was able to let me know that they found my rings and even offered to ship them to me. Fortunately I was at the terminal 21 mall and was able to go back and pick it up. That would never happen in the US. The people here have morals and this is the second time we’ve lost something super important and got it back in Thailand.

The food was delicious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved the overall look of the property design except for the rooms. The floor my room was on reminded me of dorm rooms. Despite being on a non-smoking floor, my floor always smelled like smoke. Even the person who showed me to my room noticed the smoke smell. The room was smaller than I anticipated and reminiscent of a dorm room. The rooms are not soundproof so I heard all the commotion in the hallway which can be disruptive. On the other hand, it was convenient for me to walk around and get to the places I wanted to go. I am unsure if I would stay here again. It may depend on what other room options were available.

Hotel is very new so everything is fresh and in order. Room deisgn is bright and modern, very in-keeping with our own tastes. The only let down during our 2 night stay was the Out of Order Elevator. There are 2 elevators but one was out of order leading to extended waiting for the single operational one. The outside is right on Soi Nana, which is very busy during the hours of darkness. It's noisy, brash and right on your doorstep. Luckily, you cannot hear anything inside the rooms.

New and well located hotel
A great stay at a brand new hotel right in the middle of the Nana plaza area. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is modern and quiet, and it's well located. While likely not fully occupied yet and also not feeling fully like a 5 star hotel, it was a perfect spot for us to stay in Bangkok.

The stay at this hotel was decent! We were treated with exceptional care. The staff was attentive, the room was clean, and the overall experience was good. However, walls feels a bit thin, you could hear corridor noise. It is on a very busy street, not easy to get a taxi. Walking distance to metro station which will take you to nearby shopping malls.
