BANGKOK APRIL 2025

Nice hotel close to Impact Exhibition Centre. I stayed here because I work working in Bangkok and had an early flight from Don Mueang airport. The staff were all amazing! Bar and restaurant were really nice with a good selection of food & drinks. I will stay here again for sure.

I liked the accessibility of the hotel to the Impact Challenger hall, via the skybridge. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My companion and I had a pleasant stay!

Clean room and friendly staff!

It was an ok and clean 3-star hotel. A bit boring place, but very good food court nearby. Pleasant and service-minded staff. Boring breakfast without bacon. But the room was clean, which is the most important thing for me.

I went to see a live performance at the Impact Challenger Hall. The venue is connected by a sky deck, so it was very easy to get to. I think it's good to have a shopping mall nearby. I think it's for Japanese people because it contains aeon.

I asked the front desk for somebody to come help us with our electrical outlet because we could not plug anything in. Nobody came to help. We had to resort to plug in the coffee maker into the outlet below the safe.

The hotel was crowded as there were 3 concerts happening during that weekend so there were alot of people checking in. The staff was managing the queue well and made sure we didnt queue for too long.

Conveniently located if you are attending events at Impact and also near to malls. Friendly staff and good cleanliness. Minus is that the shower is not hot enough even at the maximum and only 1 type of 3 in 1 shower gel is provided. No disposable shaving razor provided too.

No Wi-Fi, the fridge in the room wasn’t working, towels were ragged, very basic room, plastic chair, no balcony, smaller bed than other hotels in the area and price bracket offer. It’s only value add is it is next to Impact so great for that location only. Otherwise there are way better options in Bangkok.
