We spent the last night of our exciting trip here before returning home from Bangkok. Most important for us was the proximity from BKK, breakfast and the airport shuttle service. The room was modern and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool area at night was quiet and delightful, we watched plains taking off. Breakfast area and service were also really nice! Staff is helpful, understand and speak English.

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. The standard room I was given had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell that lingered throughout the room, likely due to the visible mold in the bathroom and around the windows. The bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and quite rude when I brought up these concerns. Instead of assisting, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. Overall, this hotel fell far below my expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Very close to airports for those whom fly in late and need sleep., very professional staff. Very clean roooms and comon areas. But outside my balcony very smelly piles of renovation rubbish. Could be cleaned up. Front desk staff and bellmen at 2am. Were so polite and professional.
