Beyond impressed

In reality, it’s very practical, all I needed is just a place to sleep, to shower, more importantly, a place That’s very quiet away from the hustle and bustle (while being near walking distance to it). This hotel Had all the basic amenities and more importantly phenomenal customer service, courteous polite people. If you want a hotel that clicks on all those check boxes Then This particular hotel fits the criteria excellently.

This hotel was dirty, run down. Bathtub cracked and rusty, black mold, shower curtain yellow from urine and bathroom smelled. Spider webs, dirty bed linen, breakfast substandard. Booked, pre-paid for 1 week but left after first night, no refund. Avoid this place.

Der schöne Schein trügt

Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel, sind leider schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Das Bad, die Möbel, Matratzen (die Stahlfedern drücken einem in den Körper) sind schon marode. Auch hat es im Zimmer nicht einmal einen Abfalleimer. Die Betten werden nur alle 2 bis 4 Tage neu bezogen, die Badetücher werden nur ersetzt, wenn man sie explizit auf den Boden wirft. Es gibt keine separaten Handtücher und die Toilettenartikel sind nicht komplett. Mehrfach kam der Zimmerservice gar nicht oder erst um 17 Uhr. (Dann wurde teilweise nur der Boden gewischt und Douche/Shampoo etc. ersetzt. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht!!!) Auch verstellt der Zimmerservice immer die Klimaanlage auf 18°C, so dass man dann in der Nacht frierend aufwacht. Die Steckdosen funktionieren teilweise nicht. Einen Fahrservice des Hotels, habe ich nie angetroffen. + ruhige Lage + schöne Sicht auf die Skyline + grosse Zimmer + Rezeption/Personal gibt sich Mühe - schlechter Zustand der kompletten Infrastruktur - Stuhl, Schrank, Sofa etc. sind für den Müll - hellhörige Zimmer - sehr schlechte Matratzen - Steckdosen ohne Funktion - Licht im Schrank brennt oft dauerhaft (Schalter defekt) - Aircon bräuchte Reinigung/Service - Zimmerservice (in 25 Jahren Thailand der Schlechteste) - Douche und Shampoo in Plastikbeuteln - die Strasse zum Hotel, ist für Fussgänger mangels Trottoir, teilweise Lebensgefährlich - Ich hätte sehr gerne, mehr positive Dinge aufgelistet.

Lejos del ruido nocturno pero muy bien ubicado

Hotel en muy buen estado de conservación, con mucha amabilidad en la mayoría de su personal, y a 15 minutos caminando de Terminal 21 (si haces uso del Free Tuk Tuk del Hotel, te acercan hasta la Avenida principal y te ahorras 5 minutos .. Relativamente tranquilo .. Dos objeciones: el personal masculino de limpieza de habitaciones no es muy profesional, y ciertos aparatos del gimnasio se encontraban en estado de abandono
