"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries."

"Mold in shower and bathroom ceiling. Broken fan in bathroom. Lightbulbs burned out. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Little hot water. Torn curtains. No washcloths. "

"This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my...

"Not good for foreign tourists. Equivalent to low income housing property. Noisy neighbors, poor AC unit in hot and humid climate. Dirty and residual smell in unit. Poor judgement for Expedia to place this unit on their site. I wasted my money and left the unit once I saw it. I booked an Ibis hotel instead."
