"The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything. "

"Very nice stay. Since the property didnt hv lift and the staff saw us with heavy luggages ,they kindly upgraded us to the Trefle room on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and cozy. Will be staying again next when we are around the area"

"Once an elegant property, is now very tired and dated. Its badged up as BW on the marketing material, however there is no sign of BW on the entrance, nor is it up to BW normal standards. The property is in need of immediate upgrading. Now the positives: The staff were all amazing and could not do enough. The pool is excellent. "Hotel was hard to find as it was in a complex with hundreds of other apartments so more sign direction would help. Beds weren’t made but had packaged bedding waiting for me to make them, I had no toilet paper in my room, check in was at 5pm & checkout was at 10am which was a bit inconvenient. Also the reception is only open 10am-12pm then 5pm-7pm. Rooms were still well equipped & location is close to the beach. "

"Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. Area is very walkable to beaches, restaurants, shops, boats. Hotel staff was great. Manon at the front desk was exceptional. And Lilla at the bar was magnificent. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Bathtub was fantastic. Great service and attention."

"Second stay in two weeks. Friendly staff. Excellent, copious food in Restanques. Relaxing surroundings with great views. Family room (accept) had super sea views. Saturday breakfasts can be busy with the odd slip up such as cold scrambled eggs. "
